This summer with these homemade ice creams without sugar

Summer is the time when you most enjoy ice cream. A sweet lover cannot do without a generous portion of dessert every day and ice cream is the best option to combat the heat in the summers. However, it is recommended that people who follow a diet to lose weight or have a high level of blood sugar stay away from ice cream, as they are loaded with plentiful amounts of sugar and should not forget the calories. But, these people also deserve to have their own share of a guilty pleasure. Then, instead of giving up ice cream altogether, they can replace regular ice creams with those that do not contain sugar.

Sugar is only calories (4 calories per gram) and contains no nutrients. The consumption of excess sugar not only adds fat to the body but also paves the way for diabetes. The ice cream bought in the market is always under the scanner of preservatives and artificial sweeteners. Whether you're trying to trim your belly or keep your blood sugar level or just want to eat clean, enjoy the freshness of sugar-free ice cream.

To make it more weight-friendly, you can replace half of the thick cream with milk. The texture of the cream will be less dense, but you have to complain if you can taste without any guilt.

Mango ice cream without sugar

Mix 2 cups of mango pieces, 2 cups of curd and 1 tablespoon of honey. Refrigerate the mixture for a few hours and serve. You can replace the mango with any fruit of your choice: strawberry, pineapple, banana, grape, etc. You can also use milk instead of curd for a milder flavor.

Ice cream of lemon cream without sugar

Beat 2 eggs with a tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of butter. Set aside. Pour 1 cup of whipped cream in a bowl and add the lemon curd. You can add stevia or other natural sweeteners at this stage or move on without it. Freeze and enjoy the tasty and spicy ice cream in this suffocating heat.

Vanilla ice cream without sugar

In a bowl or ice cream maker, mix 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of whipped cream and beat well. Add 1 tablespoon of high-quality food grade vanilla essence and combine well. Check and continue beating the mixture in between. Freeze the mixture for at least 4 hours.

Now warm or warm the mixture again for 2 minutes while stirring in the medium so that lumps do not form. Let it cool and then refrigerate it to make it into delicious ice cream without sugar.
